  28. This really isn't an answer, but I just thought of something... I saw the
  29. Ultimatte system in operation at NAB, where instead of a straight clip, the
  30. system generated a _transparency map_ (or alpha image, if you must be
  31. technical!) to use as a key. Something like this could easily be written as a
  32. plug-in, and maybe even license the keying algorithm from Ultimatte
  33. themselves...
